Its day 24, this little one started pipping last night, it's still chirping and shaking but hasn't made much progress. Please advise!

I had 13 of 30 eggs hatch on days 21 and 22 and left the others in just in case. Do I leave this little one alone? Do I help it out? I know the likelihood of survival drops drastically after an assist....

Any advice is welcome! This is my first hatch.

Just to add, there was one in a similar situation on day 22, it didnt make it out I didn't assist and the chick died.. guess that's why I'm a little anxious for this one. Nature will take its course but oh my heart...

What's the humidity?
You can try to remove a tiny bit of shell to see if ready?

Been struggling maintaining humidity since lockdown which in sure is why I've lost so many. Right now it's at 55, it was 65 when I left this morning. I candled everything yesterday morning before deciding to leave the bator running and all air cells look like they're right. This little one is dry where its exposed to the air and theres like a dime size hole where I can see its little beak and everything. Just no progress in just under 12 hours at 2 days late. It hears me and is chirping and shaking.

Forced air incubator or still air? Temperature during hatch?
