911! HELP! DUCK EGG HATCHING?!

I have 8 ducklings that hatched over a week ago. The momma quit laying on the remaining eggs and left them dormant. Out of all the leftover eggs, ONE HAS A LIVE BABY IN IT!!!! I don't know exactly the gestation period of it but I can see the baby moving and pushing on the air cell. However, the humidity levels and heat levels have not been right for this baby to hatch on its own. How do I know if the baby is having trouble breaking the membrane?

Do you have it in an incubator now?

If there's an external pip with no progress for 36hrs I'd suggest intervention. Generally, I don't assist unless there's an external pip.
