3 year old Plymouth rock, she has been laying around, with a pale comb, runny white poop almost clear, and closing her eyes. now she has isolated herself, only at night and now during the day.
she closes her eyes and opens her mouth then closes it. i don't know the last time she laid since they are free range.
gave her some antibiotics and a little ib prophane (i didn't have Tylenol) she has been this way going on ten days. I've spent 200$ on fruits, apple cider vinegar, worms, new bedding, mite begone, special food and probiotics and electrolytes. Shes super sweet I love her, her name is Ruby.
I'm sorry she's not well.
At 3 and not having laid eggs for a while, I would suspect that she may have some type of reproductive issue going on. Could be something with the liver or some other organ dysfunction, it can be hard to know.
I would try the Extra Calcium as suggested. Give 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily right into the beak for 5days.
Cut out the vinegar and focus on her eating her normal feed as much as possible.
You're giving some antibiotics - what are you giving, the dosage and duration?
You are treating for lice/mites? Do you see bugs on her?
Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. IF the crop has not emptied, then address that symptom according to the article linked below. If you find that she does need some oil, give chilled coconut oil instead of liquid oil which is easily aspirated.
Photos of the poop? Worms can sometimes cause some health issues if there's an infestation.
Fenbendazole or Albendazole are both good dewormers to use. Dosing is below.

Valbazen (Albendazole) dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days.
