I would also recommend putting her down. She is suffering and will die a painful death. It appears that she has evicerated, possible from vent pecking, and attack or a severe prolapse that has been pulled at. A hen cannot survive with her insides out that far.

Thank you everyone.. I ended up getting in touch with a vet who was able to come out and look her over for me. It was definitely a prolapsed vent and she was too far gone to save. Fortunately the vet took her and euthanized her for me. Ugh such a sad day
