I have a mama en that has hatched out seven eggs two of the chicks are different colors than the other five the mama has raised them for the past two days then today she started pecking them on the head every time they came out from under neath her or got in front of her those are the only two that she is doing it too do I need to take her away from all of the checks and put them in a brooder please help

Maybe. But mama hens do peck their chicks, to get their attention, to direct them to stay under her or get moving, etc. You'll just have to assess whether she is really being too rough on these, or just taking care of her motherly business.
