(May I ask, why the heck is Author in this condition? And why isn't the other boy leaving if it means his family is going to be killed and him inslaved?)

(Author was born prematurely and has a ton of heath problems because of it and the fact his mother took drugs when she was pregnant. He had never been flying before so when he went, he couldn't stand the altitude (The air was too thin for him) so he passed out. His other health problems had slowly been killing him anyway since his family cannot afford the medicines he needs.(He wasn't suppose to live past 5 or 6). Ben is the king's son. He can get away with stuff like this.)

Shaun had finished getting ready, and his dragon was groomed. He wanted to look his best for the royal family, and mainly Scarlett. He mounted his dragon and she flew off, her deep purple eyes twinkled in the starlight. He looked down, "Hmm, the king is still late. Well, at least I'm early." Shaun said to himself, he landed and got off of his dragon. (I completely forgot he liked her until just now)

She smiled, she was glad the King wasn't there yet, Frederick would just be worried, nervous, and of course, the King would be unkind to all of them. She then noticed Shaun walking around with his huge dragon, she looked back at Frederick. "So, do you have any siblings? I'm just curious." Scarlett asked.

Shaun walked around, and his dragon perked up when she saw Silk, they were good friends. Shaun looked curiously, "What is it?" He asked her, and saw Scarlett eating with another boy, he sighed, he didn't want to interfere, that'd be just plain rude.

"Whoa!" Morgann said, as Amy rammed into her. "What happened?"

Amy hugged Morgann tightly. "Author!" was all she could manage to say.
