9mo old BR hasn’t laid yet

I have a 9 mo old BR and she hasn’t laid a single egg. She’s on layer feed. She has nesting boxes that she sits in everyday. She sings her song. She doesn’t free range enough to hid them. Still no eggs. What’s up? Any advise? Can chickens Never lay?

She might be very slow to fully mature, or a dud.
