A 3 year old on vacation and an egg adventure.

My little 3 year old niece came down from Wisconsin for a few days... yeah she brought her parents with her. She was pretty facinated with my serama's. She went with me egg collecting in the barn. We picked up about a half dozen eggs to stick in the incubator. She grabbed one particular egg and wouldn't let go of it. I decided to incubate it as 'her' egg/chick. Haven't heard back from Abby what she's naming it, but here she is along with another of her chick.

Seems she's pestering her parents about getting her some chickens now... wonder what I've started.

Well the chick has a name now... 'Roastbeef'

I have chickens with the names Potus, Hartley, Malibu and now ummm Roastbeef.
