Fast for 72 hours sitting on a hill under a tree, and your totem will appear to you. One of

lady's little green frogs perched on my nose for the last 24 hours. Pretty sure that's my totem - not the crow that crapped on me.

If I fasted for 72 hours and sat under a tree on a hill, I am pretty sure the only thing I would be thinking about would be a pizza. Just not sure how it would come to me!!

If I sat under a tree I don't think I'd need the 72 hours. A Chicken would come to me within 2 minutes. I'm the food lady. Pretty sure Chicken is my totem.

Sorry, but you can't choose. Eating the bear (I have done that.) precludes the bear as your totem.
