Hey fellow BYC members! Here’s some motivation.
If you’re sad, that’s ok. Feel the feeling and push forward. You can do it!
If you’re frustrated, it’s important to come to grips with what’s frustrating you, and overcome those emotions. We all get mad sometimes.
If you’re grieving, remember, YOU ARE LOVED! You’re not alone.
If you feel lonely or like you don’t have friends, you’re never truly alone. You just feel that way. You are valued by many. Including me. And I’ll be your friend!!
And if you struggle with anxiety, I do to. It happens to the best of us. You will overcome it. Mine got really bad, and four years later I’m an entirely new person. And you can always talk to me.
If you feel unheard , or you need to get something off your chest, but you feel nobody will listen, guys…… I have ears….. I have eyes…… I can read……. State a convo with me and you can pour your heart out and I will listen and value your thoughts and feelings , and I’ll be very trustworthy.
And lastly, mental health is a big thing. TAKE CARE IF YOUR BEAUTIFUL SELF











you deserve it. Let yourself have breaks. You deserve every one. Love your body. It’s gorgeous. Full your tummy. Weight doesn’t matter if you recognize that he beautiful. And I’d you or anyone you know is struggling with mental health issues, your not alone. Talk to someone! It’ll be better in the future. Look on the bright side lovely.
