A bit worried....

Inhaling that 'coop dust' is never a good thing! Histoplasmosis is one issue, but accumulating that dust is not healthy regardless.
Having asthma, no doubt helped along by all the second hand smoke, and other dust I've inhaled years ago, makes any dust not my friend. Years ago I dusted my 30+ chickens with permethren one night, not wearing that N95 mask, and had a very bad asthma session, lasting for weeks, nearly involving a hospital stay.
Just be wise, and careful, because lung damage is cumulative over time.
