A boy in the coop (all U can eat layer pellets)

I have six five month old started pullets who are on layer pellets. In a few weeks I will be integrating a roo into the coop. Do I need to offer him different feed? Right now the feeder is in the coop as an all you can eat buffet. I don't reckon I'll be able to keep him out of the girls groceries as long as he is sharing living space with them. What do you guys do?

Let the roosters eat the layer feed. As you pointed out, you can't keep him out of their groceries, when they are all together. Most people do.
