A bump on the back of my chickens head please HELP!!!!

I am 12 years old and one of my hens has got a bump or something on the back of her head she is acting normal but we touch the bump she freaks out.One of my friends who also have chickens is saying it could possible be a ingrown feather if you know anything or can point me in a direction please do.

As long as she is acting normally, I think it will heal up on its own.

we cut it open and it was an ingrown feather I am so happy thats what is was and now she much happier
