A chick named Runt [PIC] what's wrong?

This is "Runt" She is lagging far behind his siblings in terms of development. She initially had something wrapped around her leg, constricting it. That has been corrected, and behaviorally she is doing fine --s he eats, explores, poops, etc. like normal, although she is a really skittish chick. But she seems really stunted in the development process. She is about 5 weeks old, and just has these measly wing-tip feathers. Her siblings are fully feathered out now.

Any ideas if/what is wrong? Anything to be worried about?

I wouldnt worry about it, some chicks just dont seem to develop as fast as others. I have a broody with 4 chicks now, 3 are fully feathered and one is only just starting to feather out .

My Cochin didn't start feathering until 5 weeks of age. She still doesn't have all her feathers and has bald spots at 11 weeks of age.
