Welcome. By the way coops don’t have to be expensive. Especially for a small number of birds. You could recycle some old pallets or privacy fence panels and make a good coop. If you aren’t experienced at building things, well a chicken coop is a great spot to start learning. I wish you the best of luck new chicken friend!

hi and i think you have a rather young bird there and just in case you want to know what breed she is i think she is a laying hen (so no specific breed of chicken just a x of a few chicken breeds here in NZ they call them hylins or you can also get brown/red shavers)i hope this helps
