A chicken or a Penguin?

We have decided to call this one Happy after Happy Feet the movie. I held him up today and said we have a penguin or is it a chicken?

My BRs used to look like penguins...sigh. Now they look grown up. Enjoy that penguin!! What kind is it? Soooo cute.

I really don't know what he is. I grab eggs from my laying hens every once and a while and put them in with others I am hatching. He is from my hens. He decided to go swimming in his water dish today. Had to dry him off and I gave him a talking to. Maybe he is part penguin after all lol.
