A chicken that can't fly?

I have a silver lace male polish rooster with five polish hens in a chicken pin that I have. I would like to know why when I get in the chicken pin he atacks me ? That's my first question and my second question is why when he gets close to the other hens he does like a dance sort of like his feet get stuck with his wings , I would like to know if he's trying to mate with my other hens or if his wings are bothering him . I don't know if he's trying mate with them and if that's stoping him from doing so. Please help me!!!!!

Check chickens dancing on youtube. Attacking you very likely being territorial with his hens

What about Jersey Giants? I've read they can't fly...
