A crooked chick

One of my black star chicks always keeps her neck turned to the right so she look funny and always turns to the right.... she wasn't born this way and it's fairly recent that she started doing this... is it an injury? a nuerolgic thing or nutritional? Will it resolve itself? Any ideas on what should be done would be appreciated.

I just had one of these. I rubbed her neck every day, like a light massage. I also gave her a few drops from a VitaminE plus Selenium capsule every day. It works sometimes....not to be negative, just honest. I bought the capsules at GNC.
