The auction will be for a dozen plus extras, IF I have more at the end of the auction. My Buff Orpington flock has been separated for almost a month now, so their eggs should be pure. This is a good economical way to add a few Buffs to your flock. I would also consider a trade for other purebred eggs, depending on what you have. My girls are all laying Large, to X - Large brown eggs, most eggs are quite dark but some could be light brown.

Below are pictures of some off-spring from my flock. The Rooster ( Bill Boy ) is huge, and isn't done growing yet. He is very sweet and will eat out of my hand and is very gentle to his girls. The other young hen ( Jane ) is very sweet and docile and I'm pretty sure she is laying. My Buffs are good free rangers and don't wonder far from the barn, they are heavy birds and offten go broody. They're very good mothers and just an all around great addition to any poultry flock.

I've been having great hatch rates here at the ranch, but I cannot guarentee your hatch rates due to things out of my control.

Your chickens look so beautiful Mrs. Fluffy Puffy. I wish I could order (I am looking for Buff Orps for my near future additions) but I don't have the space right now!!

When you have space, just contact me. The 'gals are popping out more eggs then I know what to do with!

My rooster, Bill Boy has really filled out in the past month or so and is throwing the biggest, fatest 'ole babies you ever saw. They're twice the size of my chicks from last year!

I have 3 broody at the moment...does that answer your question?

One has babies due to hatch Saturday, and the other two hens don't have eggs. I have no need for more BO or mixed chicks. I have 70++ BO eggs due in a week and a half.

I can't keep a roo otherwise I'd try to make some Marans/EE crosses. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a broody hen!!

Oh, well that's okay.

In the last few days/weeks my girls have been just going broody like mad chickens!
