A farmer in the making

I'm a gentleman trying to invest into poultry farming. I have a bachelor degree in computer engineering. Due to the global economy constraints, I want to diversify my means of income. I newly build a local incubator and every thing is working fine but my major problem is getting a good fertile egg for hatching.
