A few birds with Fowl Pox -- what now?

I have a laying flock of about 50 free range chickens. I have had a couple birds come down with fowl pox type lesions around the eyes. I separated and treated them until the scabs where gone. I still do have a couple of chickens with scabs on their combs but we have been having frost bite issues so those could be attributed to that. Do I need to vaccinate the whole flock? If so where do I get that much vaccine?
