What is wrong here? Fowl pox?

I noticed last week what I thought was a peck wound on this girl, but I don't think thats the case now. I'm afraid it could be Fowl pox and I have no idea what to do. I have young chickens in a coop nearby and I'm terrified they'll get it too if that's what this is.

Not much you can do or need to do as long as it’s dry pox. Make sure there is no standing water for mosquitoes to breed in and change the chickens’ water daily. They will clear it on their own in a few weeks

I’m not convinced that is fowl pox. To me it looks more like some peck marks that are healing. Usually with pox, you will see pustules that go from light beige to tan and then dark brown. If it is fowl pox it is a virus from mosquitoes that lasts about 3 weeks. Most chickens get over the virus and are immune to it later. If they develop the more deadly form inside the beak, it is more fatal. Here is a good link to read about fowl pox with good pictures:
