Hello!

One of the chicks born today has curled toes that is how I found your site while googling how to fix it.

Also we have one egg that is cracked in the incubator. The chick is still alive I checked today and should be hatching with in the next few days. Will the chick be okay?

We also have an egg that had an air sac yesterday morning , but now it looks like it does not. What should I do....

You’ll need to make simple little cardboard boots and attach them with vet wrap for the one with the curled toes. Doing it as soon as possible yields the best results.

Do a search and you’ll see pictures.

For the cracked egg, you should/ can seal the crack ASAP with tape or melted wax.

The third problem I can’t help with but @KikisGirls should be able to answer that question if she’s around!

Sometimes chicks are born with curled toes and they correct on their own I. A few days. Pics of the toes too pls.

Yes I will try after kids go to bed. To many heads trying to see and watch too. :)
It may take a little bit to load pictures.

Here are the best pics I could get. The chick is still alive it is kicking and moving. At first I did not think it was until I seen it kick its feet at the light. I must have made it a little mad. :(

This egg was in the incubator when I got them. We did not move them into mine. The air sac just does not show up like the other eggs do.
