A few problems...

I have 3 roosters, from straight run purchase. 1 of the roosters goes after another one and bites his neck and doesnt let go but is super friendly to me. Another rooster is neutral and the last is loud and attacks me when I try to pick him up or touch another chicken. I am having hard time finding them new homes. Also I dont know how to get them to go in on their own ar night.. I had to chase them around and catch them before it got dark. Any tips or advice on any of these issues??

How old are they?
Yes, it's hard to find new homes, everyone's got males they don't want this time of year.
An ad for free roosters with no questions asked might get rid of them sooner.

Separate the boys from the girls to give them a break,
let them fight it out in their own enclosure.

Does the first nice one attack the last mean one, or the neutral one? I would suggest keeping one or two, but probably wouldn't keep the last one. You might want to give them a while and see if a pecking order developes and then they leave eachother alone, but if this keeps happening you'll have to do something

The nice one attacks the neutral one and he just runs away doesnt fight back. Yeah the last one I'm trying desperately to rehome hes such a jerk.

Well the first one and the neutral one may eventually establish a pecking order.

If you are a first year chicken flock, I would recommend getting rid of them. They take experience. Unless you have a huge flock, that will be too many roosters.
