A Few Questions

If you're not sure at all, candle a few every day and mark the air cells. There will come a day when the air cells move a lot more than the previous days. Put them on lockdown then. What really matters is not raising the humidity so soon that they don't lose the moisture they need to, or so late that some pip in low humidity and dry out. If your air cells are already a good size, you can put them on lockdown right away to be safe.
