A flock of 2 and chicks ??

I put my chicks in a run and let them out for an hour or two each day under supervision until they're about 5-6 weeks old. I would recommend doing something similar with mom and babies to make sure that they survive. I lose all babies that free-range with their mom, I haven't had a single one reach adulthood that I didn't keep in a run for a few weeks. They just disappear.

I think that you should let her hatch her own, but keep them in a run or a pen for a few weeks before you let them on their own.

Thanks to everyone that responded. I put 7 eggs in the Brensea and 7 babies hatched. One passed within 24 hours, the other 6 are doing fine. Thanks again.
