I’ve had chickens for about ten years now.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 24 hens and 3 roosters. I also have 3 guinea fowl names Larry, Moe, And Curley. I am looking to add some ducks and geese this year.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have Rhode Island Reds and Guinea Fowl
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love the relaxation and sense of accomplishment I get when I collect eggs and butcher my birds.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I like to take care of animals and cook.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 2 boxers that are terrified of my birds.
