I started building this little coop about 2 weeks ago so my babies would have a safe place to run around during the day. Well they ended up being coop trained before it's even finished so it's going to be sold instead. I just wanted to post a few pictures of where we are on it right now. I got the last piece of roofing slapped on today between rain showers. I still have a few things to finish...
-trim the chicken door
-finish the wire
-do touch-up paint
-repaint interior, that white paint didn't work well(maybe red like the other coop?)
The yard is 4' x 6' and the house is 2' x 6'... I figured after the babies were done with it I could use it for a trio but my stupid rooster wants to tear his girls apart so that won't be happening now!
What do you guys think? * Please post if there's any suggestions or things you would change or have done differently *
