Hi all, Kycklingmamma again.
I have tried for a day and a half to get these d---n pics on here, and you know what, I gave up. I am now posting this via photobucket, I sure hope that is OK.
This pic is of the frontdoor into our coop, Petra's Pecker Palace.
This is of the side that faces out into the yard, The other side faces the neighbors fence. As you can see the coop is very open, for the reason of it being so d---n hot here for long periods of time. You can see the plastic rolled up and hooked with chains, when it rains or in the winter we roll this down and the girls and boys stay dry and warm...we spoil them, they have heater in there, a fan, as well as a mosquito zapper, and of course a lamp. You can also see the dormers by the nesting boxes, and how the open up, to make for more of a breeze in there.
The last pic is of the back of the coop, i.e I am standing in the run taking this pic. The top doors lead into the nesting boxes and that is how we collect the eggs, unless we go through the coop and get them from the front. The bottom "door" is were the chickens get out into the run in the morning.
