Thought I'd share this article...if you ever wondered, it does a GREAT job breaking down the different categories of eggs..."Certified organic" etc.

They even get the explanation right of why different chickens lay different colored eggs!

Great article. I printed a copy of it for my hubby... He's a city guy who doesn't know alot about chickens...YET!
