just read the thread here. wow, good for you for getting rid of the rooster, and awesome that dinner was just as delicious. i had a bit of a thread going about roosters aggression too, and found i wanted him, just wanted him. so i put a fence dividing the yard where the chickens and ducks free range and my kids play! works so far.
