A guess on these chicks?

Wonder what they are. Almost a month old IIRC and noticeably bigger than the other chicks hatched at the same time.

They're a little dark, but they look like my barred plymouth rocks when they were about that age. Could be a mix.

I don't know much about sexing, but cockerels are a lot lighter in color so I'd guess pullets.

How can you tell? Is there something in the photos that's characteristic of cockerels? I ask because I'd love to get BRs again but probably from a feed store...

I hate three rock roosters for awhile. Ill get a better picture ofthe combs tonight.
