When I raised Wyandotte chicks, they were notorious for confusing me until a quite late age. Pullets would get really suspicious looking combs. But then end up female, so even though I thought I was good at gender guessing around 4-6 weeks in my other breeds, there was no way I could tell on the Wyandottes. (Not like I ever had a ton though. Maybe 6-10 at a time, a couple years in a row.)
So I guess I would say that yours could be a pullet.
The black one? Hard to say from photos instead of watching them moving around.
