Charger burst out of the bushes without warning and was on top of Misty in an instant. She bared her teeth. "What are you mongrels planning?"

"nothing that you need to Know about!" Misty growled as she struggled fiercely under Charger's weight.

"I'm a wolf, of course I do!" Alpha male but not female? Fiona wondered, but she ignored it for a little so she could go back to her back before Charger noticed she was gone.

Misty gasped and growled she still wouldn't tell Charger any thing, not even if she threatened to kill her, Howlers were her real pack, and she was more loyal to them than any thing else!

Charger recognized that look: the "I won't tell" look, and backed off. She knew her information was correct, at least. She would find out more, somehow.
