A humongous egg.

Yesterday, I went down to collect eggs from my ladies and found a monster sized egg. it's brown, so it's one of my chickens not the ducks. It is way bigger than the largest duck egg I've gotten. On the pointy end, it has some light wrinkling, but is still hard as can be. I weighed it and it weighs 89.3 grams.

I got one of those huge eggs with wrinkles at the top-- when I broke it open it was double-yolked. Maybe yours is too!

We have 25 ISA Browns that have not stopped producing good eggs since they began last summer (we are in Michigan).
Most of our eggs weigh large to jumbo. However....SOMEONE is really working overtime and has produced 3.7 oz and even 4.0 oz eggs. Today big surprise !!! 4.3 oz. Wow now that is some egg....You are right...OUCH!
