We began in an egg, it was dark in there but we had food so it was okay.
After 20 days in there we felt that we had to get out of the egg, so, we started to peck, and peck, and peck!!
Finally we hatched!! We were left in a thing called an incubator all night.
In the morning we were taken out of the incubator and put in a little box, I think it is called a brooder!
We were all really tired cause hatching takes away a lot of energy, so we soon fell asleep,
All four of us.
When we woke up, there was food and water close by. We ate and drank. Then we looked around, we were very curious, but timid as well.
First we looked up and saw our mom!! Or at least I think it was our mom. But our "mom" was huge and looked weird!!
We played around for a bit.
Then we practiced our chearp. We were pretty loud!
Then we rested some more! It was a good first day!!
I'll be adding to this thread later. Hopefully I can do this till the end of my four chick's life's.
