A little different - British Columbia YouTube video (lynx)

This popped up on my news feed, I assume others have seen it. (Link to short YouTube video). Can't imagine its staged, and I love my birds (in an "eventually I will love them on the table, and currently I love their eggs" sort of way), but you wouldn't catch me doing what this guy did - even if I could catch the beast (never happen, I'm too slow)

Tend to agree. Part of why I held of posting it for more than a day, and also wasn't entirely sure it even belonged on BYC.

That lynx looks tranquilized. Dude is a conservation officer. Totally reasonable to assume he has access to darts. My conclusion: the cat is high on ketamine, hence not ripping off Canadian man's face.

I agree with Aart, no context given so it is not possible to judge what is going on. The cat may be drugged, it may be a pet.

I don't know what the point of the video is. That more chickens are not dead? The lynx could have been killed? That's how you make propaganda, show a photo or video out of context.
