That's a regular little foam bator..around $30 used. Sorry I WAS assuming though, but yeah that's fairly accurate price then.

So the coop is 4 x 8, and 6 ft. tall including the legs??? So max you'd want 8 chickens in there anyway. I'd be wary of buying grown hens from someone, because you don't know if they're past prime laying age. As for the coop itself, I'd pay $100 for it, and my husband is very handy...materials are expensive.

ETA: Did I count wrong? I counted 8 hens/pullets and 1 rooster??? Heck, some people can't hardly GIVE roosters away in many places. Offer $5 ea. for the pullets???
