My male peacock is still alive. He's still suicidally going into the dog run but so far he's only escaped with a stupid tail. I have 2 hens sitting on eggs and just put a bunch of eggs in the incubator. If they all hatch I'll have 15 baby peas. Yikes! lol So my question is, will they protect the 32 fruit trees I just bought from wild birds? Or will I just be complaining about my peas eating all my fruit instead of wild birds? lol

Nope peas don't protect anything, don't know why folks get this idea, they do try to intimadate trespassers but that is about it, did see them go after a coopers hawk that had one of my frizzle roos penned to the ground but they were not protecting the roo they just tryng to boss the coopers around and it worked after the dogs came and saw what was going on .
I have tons of fruit growing and wild birds eat way more than my peas, peas can only reach so far but birds can land on the limbs and feast

A redbird was nesting in my grapes, guess she raised them on my grapes cause there were alot eaten by the nest.

Honey boo is waiting for the ok to flush

Annie don't wait for the ok she just goes after the trespassers

Then boo follows her, oh what fun they have
