A little wisdom on the possible breeds of my "barnyard mixes"?

Oh wise members of the group, can you help me determine the breeds (if any) of my small flock? I know little.
The hen and rooster are from New Orleans, I caught the hen living ferrel under a tree in the city (someone said she may be a Game hen) and the rooster was given to me as a "bantam from a local feed store.
I let her brood twice and she was an incredible mother (hen and rooster were my only chickens at the time). Mom was very flighty, lean bodied, and laid small, biscuit colored eggs. All offspring are flighty and smallish too. Unfortunately I lost the mom&dad and 2 out of 3 from first set of offspring to predation, soon after moving to east Texas.
I would also love to know what all the feather colors are called as well? The black pullets have a beautiful green sheen to their black feathers.
Here are photos of everyone with descriptions:

They are barnyard mixes.
Barnyard mixes means mixes we have no way of identifying.
They look to have some Easter Egger blood, but EEs are also mutts, so that just makes it more confusing. And EEs lay blue eggs, which I'm not seeing here.
Your birds are absolutely gorgeous.

After looking the pics over again:
Mom was a feral game cross.
Dad was a mixed-pattern EE.
The offspring were just crosses of that.

Do you plan on letting the pullets hatch out chicks, if they do set?
If so, I’d recommend adding a bit of new blood into the flock, as to avoid strictly brother/sister crosses.

No I don't think so. I also have 2 red sex link hens, so my plan was to only let the redheads brood
