A lot of my Christmas incubator 4 week old pullets are called for

I have 25 4 week old chicks from collecting two incubators worth of eggs. Hatch rate was a little less than 50%. I have a friend of my husband that wants four pullets and a roo in exchange for helping him fix his truck. Three pullets are going to be a Mothers' Day gift (with a small coop) for a retired, single lady who had chickens growing up and has a (spoiled) senior dog about to pass soon. Without many pullets left for my backyard flock I began filling the incubators again. Luckily, I have a neighbor that gifted me a little over a dozen blue, fertile eggs! I have one incubator with green, pink, and blue eggs. The second incubator is full of browns to sell (I'd already gotten offers on the first batch that I had to kind of ignore.

I already have one stinky brooder in my living room and there will be a second in about three weeks. Is it weird to be excited about something that unsavory?

I'm keeping a couple of blue-egg cockerels. The rest I'm either giving as a freebie with pullet purchases or putting in my freezer.
