I've been reading this forum for years now, but I FINALLY got my own account
I've had chickens for about 8 years. Currently have a flock of ~250 layers (EE's, Australorps, Andalusians, Wyandottes, Cuckoo Marans, all hatchery quality) and project meat bird crosses. I sell eggs at my local farmer's market.
My favorite birds are the BBS and Lavender Orps I got from Papa's Poultry a few months ago. Also love my 2 little Mille Fleur booted bantam hens!
I'm from Central CA, and attended Karen's (sew'n'grow) BYC event back in early summer, it was tons of fun
so I'm hoping to find some of the other attendees here; you were all great.
Looking forward to learning more and sharing with people who love chickens just as much as I do!
