Heyo~ Snow Briar here. I've been using this site and it's threads for a while now, sure has helped me out with problems I've faced being a new chicken owner. Thanks everyone!
My family has been raising chickens for well on two years now. We started out with Sapphire Gems and got ourselves a fivesome of Light Brahmas this last year. We recently decided that we wanted to hatch our own chicks and have been studying like crazy. I think you all might be interested to see what come of the Brahmas and Sapphire Gems mixing. We let our chickens free range and this has come with its own set of complications and benefits. My mom also built a whole chicken coop herself! Go mom. I figure y'all would like pictures more than anything so here are a few.
I'm really excited to begin hatching too. That's mostly why I decided to register. We're ordering one of the Brinsea models for an incubator and we're getting everything ready. Please be there for me through my new journey!
