Just had my chickens (7) for two hours and already got 4 eggs.

Thanks Kenneth. I did a few few years in NE, the central part. Lived and worked on a golf course in Beemer, NE. The coldest weather I ever lived in.

Just had my chickens (7) for two hours and already got 4 eggs.

Frequently the move to a new home causes a break in the laying cycle. The eggs laid today were already 'in process'. After a couple of days they may temporarily stop laying as they adjust to their new home. Chickens hate change.
