A Question About Ducks - Broodiness?

Make them? I don't understand. Corn grows on a cob, there are rows of kernals that you take off the cob. You could buy corn on the cob at a grocery store and cut the kernals off and give them to the ducks.

i just phoned the pet shop and thay dont sell scratch grains and i dont know where 2 buy corn cobs

is there enything else i can feed them so thay get broody hormones ?

what about if i keep her inside the shed with the eggs for about 2 days see if she gose broody?

I don't think confining her would help her go broody. If you don't mind her sitting on the extra eggs that would no problem.

hey Dances with Ducks! i got some corn on a cob today what do i do now ?

OK! Just scrape off the kernals and put about a half a cup down for that one hen every day.
I'm guessing at that amount, if anyone thinks that's too much fresh corn for one hen please jump in.
