I work in a little mom and pop grocery and people come in and out all day long telling us how they fix this or that, as we have a really good meat counter. A customer came in a few weeks ago and told me he buys the roast beef lunch meat (its a huge piece of lunch meat, sometimes as long as 10 inches and 5 inches tall) in very thin slices (its also the most $$ one in the selection) and enough to feed his family of 3 . . .slices it in small slivers when he gets home. . .sautee's green peppers or other colors with an onion, throw in the meat and heat it up and then add a block of cream cheese and melt it. Serve on hoagies, and you have a Philly Cheese that is just AWESOME. I have used roast beef I cooked in the crock pot too, and its also good!!! Fast, Easy, not so much cheap but will thrill your eaters!!!
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
