A Roo or a Hen? Buff Orpingtons

Well, out of 11 eggs 2 hatched... And Now I'm trying to figure out if "Molly" could possibly be a "Monty"?
What are your thoughts on both? I haven't heard a crow yet. They are 16 weeks old tomorrow. Sweet Pea is the one who carries her tail lower but is the dominant one. One of the pictures is when they're both relaxed and their tails go all the way down and look the same.
