Out of 6 eggs only one Sebright egg hatched. But can someone show me a pic of a newly hatched White Sebright chick. This chick has a white head, a black body, and two white stripes down its back. Is this a Sebright or a Sebright cross?

Here it is!!

So the two possible Sebright parents would be a golden Sebright hen and this white rooster.

A golden seabright x a silver sebright (what you're calling white) could lead to funky coloring. I've read that if you mix a Silver male with a golden female, all of the females will be silver and the males will be a mixture of golden and silver. Post pics as it grows! :)

Silver is dominant and sexlinked. If the hen is silver, the male chicks will be silver, the female chicks will be gold. If the rooster is silver, than all the chicks, male and female, could be silver.

I'm guessing that the chick is a Silver Sebright x Golden Sebright cross, which is changing the coloration. It could still be a purebred Sebright, though.
