If clear fluid came out her mouth, she may have sour crop. You can search it. Is her crop full or empty?

Chicken vents (butt) pulsate all the time. I don't know why.

You might want to separate her so you can see what she eats, drinks, and poops.

Alot of my chickens have dirty butts or runny poop in the summer because they drink so much water.

Her crop seemed to be empty. What would I do for a sour crop? And would you know why her butt seems to be swollen?

You might want to check her for an egg that's stuck. It involves oil and a finger.

I found out what was wrong with my sick chicken. Unfortunately she died. But she caught a chill from an opened window and developed a lung infection. Her lungs filled with fluid and she could not breathe. I spoke with our local chicken expert at the farm store and she recognized the problem right away. She assured me that there was nothing I could have done to help her. All of the other chickens are fine. Thanks for your help. I appreciate all of you so much.
