We actually have 2 runs now with one coop.... The coop is old but can house around 35-40 birds so I'm in decent shape....................FOR NOW! What all do you keep at your mother-in-laws?

I currently keep my breeding pairs of Bantams, D'Uccle's and Seabrights, my regulars and currently which I want to move my Appenzeller Spitzhauben pairs and extras.

Oh wow! You have some BEAUTIFUL breeds, some of my favorite'! Where did you come across the D'Uccles and Apps?
 
Nice. Sounds like your on your way. Chickens are tons of fun and are so much like little children especially when you raise them up from chicks. I'm in NW Arkansas also. Nice to meet you. talk to you later. Enjoy!

Good luck with your chickens! Hubby and I are way past the coop chickens! LOL They live in our house with us!

The Apps I have mixed from Greenfire stock, breeder stock and hatchery stock. I love genetic diversity. The D'Uccles are hatchery bantams but they turned out really beautiful. I originally got them as "just because" and fell in LOVE with them and the Seabrights. I actually love all my birds, I love their personalities and their diversity in character, their funny ways and all. :)
